By accessing or using the Concept Tutors website and services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Concept Tutors provides an online platform connecting students with qualified tutors for one-to-one tutoring sessions. Services include tutor matching, session scheduling, online classroom tools, and related support.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Booking and Payment
Sessions are booked through our platform. Payment is due at the time of booking unless a package arrangement has been agreed. All prices are listed inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session will receive a full credit. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost. No-shows will be charged in full. Free trial sessions are non-refundable.
6. Code of Conduct
All users are expected to behave respectfully. Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory conduct will result in immediate account suspension. Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of Concept Tutors or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results from using our tutoring services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concept Tutors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
